I have questions about my existing loan, where do I go?
The operator of this website is not a lender, does not broker loans to lenders, and does not make cash advances or credit decisions. Furthermore, the operator of this site is not an agent, representative, or broker of any lender. For details, questions or concerns regarding your cash advance, please contact your lender directly. Lender information should be available in the approval e-mail you received when applying for the loan, your bank statement or by contacting your primary financial institution directly.

What is a Payday Loan or Cash Advance?
A cash advance provides you with emergency cash when you need it most, usually between paydays! Simply complete the fast, online form and your loan request could be matched in minutes!

Can I qualify?
Qualifying is easy and you don't need to worry about your credit. You may qualify if you:
  • Currently have a job (or receive regular income),
  • make at least $800 per month,
  • are 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen,
  • and have a bank account
  • Other requirements may apply
Even bankruptcy, bounced checks, charge-offs and other credit hassles don't prevent you from getting the cash advance you need!

How much can I qualify for?
How much you qualify for depends on a number of factors including your lender, income and employment. To request a loan from $100 - $1,000, simply complete the fast, online form and you could be matched in minutes!

And don't worry, any credit type can qualify - even bankruptcy, charge-offs and bounced checks!

What are the costs and fees?
The cost of your cash advance loan is dependent on many factors, such as the lender and how you manage your financial obligations. Your fees are less than the cost of not having the cash you need when you need it - overdraft fees, bounced check charges, taxes, even losing your job because you can't get to work! Actual fees are determined based on the information you provide when you submit your loan request.

Typically, you will be charged between $10 to $30 for each $100 you borrow, which can amount to an annual percentage rate of 261 to 1,304 percent. The total cost of the loan and its APR can vary among lenders.

A representative example: With a minimum 14 day loan term (regardless of early loan payoff), we estimate that the fees and finance charges offered by members of our lending network range from $12 per $100 borrowed each 14 days (two weeks) up to $30 per $100 borrowed each 14 days (two weeks). The corresponding Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for this estimated range would be between 391.07% and 782.14%.

When do I get my money?
Once you have applied online, your information will be submitted and verified by our national lender database. Once approved, your cash can be in your bank account as soon soon as the next business day! And don't worry... any credit type can qualify, even bankruptcy, charge-offs and bounced checks!

When do I repay?
Your repayment is the best part. The minimum required payment will be deducted from your bank account. You get cash when you need it most and repay when you have it! Still a little short on payday? No problem! Your loan will typically be due in full on your next pay date, however in most cases, you will have the opportunity to roll your loan over to your next pay date for a small fee. Generally online customers are automatically renewed every pay period. Just let your lender know when you are ready to pay in full, and your loan plus fees will be deducted from your bank account.

What happens if I Don't pay my Loan according to it's terms?
Non Payment: If you do not pay your loan according to its terms, you could be: charged late fees, have your account sent to a collection agency, your information sent to a consumer reporting agency which may negatively affect your credit score, or offer to extend your loan which may cause you to incur additional fees, charges and interest.

Collection Practices: Collections practices of lenders and/or any assignee(s) will be in accordance with the principles of any applicable federal regulations at all times. Lenders may attempt to contact borrowers via one or more authorized methods, including phone calls and emails, to arrange for payment.

Credit Score Implications: Typically lenders will not perform credit checks with the three credit reporting bureaus: Experian, Equifax, or Trans Union. Credit checks or consumer reports through alternative providers may be obtained by some lenders. Please check with your participating lender.

What Are My Loan Renewal Policies? Renewal policies vary for each company that offers payday loans and cash advances, and within each loan offer. It is essential to review these policies and terms within your individual loan.

I don't have a printer and I want to print a copy of my loan documents. Can I get my documents another way?
Yes! If you do not have a printer handy, there are several ways to get copies of your documents to you.
  • Your lender can fax them to any fax number you request
  • Your lender can email them to any email address you request
  • Your lender can fax them to your local Kinko's, Mail Boxes Etc. or PostNet so you can pick them up
To make these special arrangements, please contact your lender and the lender’s helpful representatives should contact you shortly thereafter.

How do I reprint my loan documents?
You are able to reprint your loan documents at anytime during the lending process. If you wish to reprint your loan documents contact your lender to have them email your documents to an email address you request for later printing or printing at another location.

I just applied. How do I know if I was approved for a loan?
Normally, if approved, you would be directed to your lenders website and or loan page. If no lenders accepted your application, you may be directed to alternative offers and products that may be able to help with your financial situation.

I'm a little low on funds. Can I get an extension?
Lenders will generally provide extensions.  Please contact your lender for details.

Are long term or "installment loans" offered?
At this time, only short term cash loans are available.

I have a Meta Bank account. Can I still be approved?

If I am not employed, but receive income from disability, retirement, social security, or pension, can I
still get a loan?

Yes, Some lenders may still accept your application if you receive benefits income.

Where do I find my bank account and routing number?

I don't have a bank account. Can I still be approved?
